Training services

The DOT Civil Rights Learning Center (CRLC) is a collective initiative developed to foster continuous learning of the highest quality for DOT employees, recipients of DOT financial assistance, contractors, and stakeholders. The CRLC assists stakeholders with exploring, integrating, and applying civil rights learning to their work and their community. DPI produced and deliver training in support of the CRLC launch.

With DPI the CRLC:

• Communicated to CRLC participants the importance of a team decision support processes to include diverse perspectives and points of view
• Discussed the use of decision support software on training for the Office of Civil Rights on decision support during the DOT Civil Rights Symposium
• Provided exercises for criteria and scoring methods during the training
