DPI Announces Business Process Analysis Contract with the United States Army

DPI is pleased to announce contract award with the Department of the Army US Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA).        DPI will provide Business Process, Workforce Assessment and Management Consulting services to the agency.

This study will identify non-value added process steps, define technology automation and process improvements, and analyze the workload demand and workforce supply. “This contract enhances DPI’s track record and workforce management and high level consulting services” said Andrea Stone, DPI’s Chief Executive Officer. “USAFMSA’s clients are experts in producing and maintaining force management data for the Army and we are looking forward to producing a final report that exceeds technical expectations.  This agency is key to the Army’s operational excellence and we’re proud to serving today’s military and defense organizations”.
